I’ve successfully deployed <a href=“http://snomone.com/”>snom ONE</a> IP PBX on DigitalOcean droplets.
This may of been an old post, but there is a perfect way to install Elastix 4 on Centos 7 on Digtal Ocean. It is on my Github. I have it running on my Server on DigitalOcean :)

(We don’t support custom kernels though so if Elastix requires that it’s not possible to install it then).
