We currently do not offer Elastix images, please vote for this feature here: http://digitalocean.uservoice.com/forums/136585-digital-ocean/suggestions/4389547-add-elastix-trixbox-asterisk-etc-images-or-own.

We do however offer CentOS so you can install Elastix on a CentOS droplet. (We don't support custom kernels though so if Elastix requires that it's not possible to install it then).

I've successfully deployed snom ONE IP PBX on DigitalOcean droplets.

This may of been an old post, but there is a perfect way to install Elastix 4 on Centos 7 on Digtal Ocean. It is on my Github. I have it running on my Server on DigitalOcean :)
