Error to Install Vesta Control Panel

I have this problem:

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. they dont have a vesta package for ubuntu 12.10 <br> <br>as you can see it here http://vestacp.com/pub/vst-install.sh

Run <pre>apt-get update</pre> If that doesn’t fix it, it’s most likely a problem with Vesta’s repositories. Check their forums and make sure the repository you’re using exists and is proper.
