Excel database document

I’ve google a bit about this can’t seem to find a straight answer. Since I have updated Windows 10, my Excel database document will not open. It just goes to a gray screen with the filename listed, and nothing else. Has anyone else seen this problem?

To resolve this problem, try the following method:

  • On the Start screen, type Control Panel.
  • Click or tap Control Panel.
  • Under Programs, click or tap Uninstall a program.
  • Click or tap Microsoft Office, and then click or tap Change.
  • Click or tap Online Repair, and then click or tap Excel Repair. You may have to restart your computer after the repair process is finished. If these steps do not resolve the problem, go here
