Digital Ocean has faulty billing! It keeps rounding my bill up! I ran 512 MB VPS for 1 hour so the bill would be $0.007 but it rounded it up to $0.01. Hope DO fixes this.

Last time I checked, the United States Treasury does not produce $0.007 coins.
That is just how the rounding system works. At the end of the month you will not rack up more than $5. :)
If 1 cent is to much for you, i dont think you need to be using any services at all
