This is a follow-up from this question from 5 years ago. www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/pausing-a-kubernetes-cluster-like-a-droplet-can-be-paused
Imo, it’s been 5 years, and the mindset around “pods being expendable” doesn’t continue to hold up to just being able to pause a K8 cluster. They serve fundamentally different purposes, and for testing purposes, I don’t need an instance running 24 hours a day.

Hey @syntaxsio,
Great idea, sounds like it’d be super useful!
The best thing to do to get your voice heard regarding this would be to head over to our Product Ideas board and post a new idea, including as much information as possible for what you’d like to see implemented.
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
