I remember that, once space is created, I am able to upload my files from the web. Now my fra1 browser upload is not working anymore and I don’t understand why.

Could you try creating a new bucket in the FRA1 region and see if you are still unable to upload files?
I would also recommend that you try uploading using a different browser as well.
Share the error message as well if it continues or open a support ticket so that our team can assist you with this.
