Can anyone tell me if I can setup a firewall rule to ensure only I can login to my DigitalOcean account control panel? I.e. whitelisted public IP. Obviously my account is already protected with 2FA but the extra security would be reassuring.

The DigitalOcean managed firewalls, can be used for protecting your Droplets, however, they can not be assigned to the https://cloud.digitalocean.com/ portal. The Control Panel URL is the same for all users.
