My account has been suspended for no reason, I didn’t receive any notification but just found the flagging information when logging in. I have sent a support ticket to you with no reply. My software and data were offline for hours, I need them to be restored at once

Just wait and Support will reply to you. They don’t miss any tickets.

Depends on if there was suspecious activity going on. You may even have been hacked and hackers may have used your server for illegal activities. Just sort it out with the support :-)
