force Safari to load current file on server

Asked by Roger Ross
Mac OS, Visual Studio Code for editing. After saving new version of file, safari continues to display old page code. I’ve cleared cache and reloaded, still won’t get latest page from server.

issue resolved, was using the wrong service name for the restart command.
