GitHub Student Pack 200$

Hello, I recently joined the Digital Ocean platform through GitHub using a $200 voucher from the GitHub Student Pack, but I’m already being charged for the second time (once per month) for using the droplet I created on my dashboard. When I check if the $200 credit was added to my account through the GitHub Student Pack link, I receive a message saying that the bonus credit has already been applied to my account. However, I’m receiving charges on my credit card for the droplet, while I don’t see any credit applied to my account. I’d like your attention so this can be resolved. After all, I have an outstanding charge of $29 on my account that I’d like to have reviewed, as no amount has been added or charged to the $200 voucher yet, and I feel cheated by the situation.
