Firewall DigitalOcean Storage Security Miscellaneous CentOS

My server went down a few days ago and I cannot get it back up. Someone please help me.
Website went down so I went into SSH to reboot. Wasn't able to login to SSH saying connection timed out. Then tried to log on with Filezilla to see what is going on and once again connection timed out error. Went to DO to access console and sometimes it will work but most of the time it stops working and so does the digital ocean website. I then have to close all tabs and try again. What is going on here??!! When I am able to get it running all I get is error messages Firewall: TCP_IN Blocked each time with a different IP address that is not mine. I get a new message every minute. I cannot keep it running long enough to enter in a command. It freezes up and chrome sends constant messages asking to kill both pages. What do I do? I even saved a snapshot and created a whole new droplet from the snapshot but same problems with that one as well? Like I mentioned in the title I am also experiencing high bandwidth and high CPU.

Hi @keysha033 did you by any chance configure your server to connect to ssh with a port other than port 22? Not sure but double check that.

There's also the possibility of your server being under attack with other IPs trying to access it. I'd suggest raising a ticket with DigitalOcean. Maybe have them take it offline (only accessible over DO's console) temporarily so you can login and try find a fix. And yeah, I know how the browser console can be a pain!!! I think they can give you more pointers with a ticket as well.

I'd definitely love to hear how you get it resolved if you do raise a ticket and definitely write if you need help figuring stuff out moving forward.
