Question

How are DigitalOcean Spaces charged when I overpass 250 GB of storage or 1 TB of transfer?

DigitalOcean is clear on Spaces pricing: it costs a flat $5 as long as both are true:

  • Total size of all objects is less than 250 GB
  • Total monthly transfer is less than 1 TB

I’d like to know, how much will I get charged for:

  • Additional GBs of storage?
  • Additional TBs of traffic>

Hi all, quick question if let’s say within a month, my usage on Space is something like thius: 1st to 15th , my space uses 240GB 16th to 20th, my space uses 300GB 21st to the end of the month, my spaces uses 200GB

Will I only get charge for the days where my spaces is overusage?

Thanks

Hello,

The subscription includes 250 GiB of data storage (cumulative across all of your Spaces). Additional storage beyond this allotment is $0.02 per GiB. If you cancel your subscription by destroying all your Spaces, your bill will be prorated hourly.

Regarding the bandwidth, the additional outbound transfer is $0.01 per GiB.

You can find more information about the pricing here:
