How can delete the droplet?

  • Posted August 7, 2013

I want to deactivate my account because I’m not able to pay one time price using credit card and I don’t have a paypal account. But when I click on “deactivate account” it shows the message that “make sure you’ve deleted all the droplets”. but when I go to the droplet and click on “destroy” button it doesn’t work. in fact no button is working under “droplet” tab. Can you please tell me how can I delete the droplet?

Clicked on Destroy button but there has no any response from the website. I tried to browse over the solution inside the community but there are blank page. Same with a domain that I tried to add just now but unable to remove. Any idea?

@proxygeek+digitalocean: Your droplet has to finish powering off before you see these buttons. See <a href=“”></a>

I don’t see the icons mentioned in the reply above by HyperTextSol or VimalSharma160. <br> <br>Clicking on my Droplet just displays the Droplet Details (IP, Status - Active, RAM, Space, Server Location, Software config (Wordpress on Ubuntu), a “Your Event is Processing” sign - because I hit “Power Off” and Droplet History. <br> <br>But no icons to Resize, BackUp, Destroy, Graph etc. <br> <br>I have JS enabled. Has the UI changed? Where can I access these options?

Click on Destroy, does that work? Do you have javascript enabled?

I tried but these are not working. Only first tab"Power" is open and other are just laying there without any response from them.

Click on your droplet’s hostname and then destroy it from there: <br> <br><img src=“ from 2013-08-07 13%3A48%3A04.png” alt=“Destroy button” />

go into droplet and then destroy
