Question

How do I change my main Digital Ocean account password?

This has got to be one for the Dept. of Duh, I know, but darned if I can find it.

(I’m not referring to any system or user account – like root, etc – within a droplet instance. I mean the initial login from your web site’s home page.)

Updated for 2015:

Go to https://cloud.digitalocean.com/settings/profile On the right is “Edit Profile” button. “Edit Your Profile” appears but only shows a “Current Password” field. Click on the “Current Password” field and the “New Password” fields should appear as well.

If New Password fields do not appear, try again after removing browser extensions / adblock filters.

Go to <code>https://www.digitalocean.com/settings</code>. Under the <code>My Account</code> header, there’s a link that reads <a href=“https://www.digitalocean.com/settings#edit-password”>Edit Password</a>.
