Apologies in advance if any of my terms are off. I am not an expert. My issue is that when I upload an image to WordPress with the same filename, WordPress still shows the old image even though I purge the browser cache. So, apart from adding query strings to the end of the url or changing the filename, it was suggested to me that I can clear the server cache through my host and that should solve my problem. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Hello @keebs82
If’ve installed any server-side caching you can clear it, this is totally fine. You can also clear W3 Total Cache, but if the issue still persists you can check which caching method you’re using.

Hey @keebs82l,
rather than server cache, it’s possible you need to clear your website cache if you are using a caching pluign.
Are you using a caching plugin on your website, most websites do? If so, try clearing that cache and see how it goes.
