Just to clarify first: DigitalOcean itself can’t be connected directly to Zoiper. Zoiper needs SIP details, which only come from a VoIP provider or a PBX.
So before explaining the steps, it helps to know which setup you want.
Do you want to:
use Zoiper with a VoIP/SIP provider (no server to manage), or
run your own PBX server (like Asterisk or FreePBX) on a DigitalOcean droplet and connect Zoiper to that?
