The frequently asked questions section on the pricing page lists PayPal as one of the payment options. This may be your best bet if you're having issues getting the cards to process directly through the control panel on Digital Ocean.

I need you to let me know how to pay you are not letting me enter my card number I am not sure it is different but the issue with the charging my card is that it may have a different number as I lost it a while back and I am sure this is the issue
