Cloudflare gave me two nameservers to change. Do I need to change this in the droplet hostname - domain section and the domain name servers. Or just one?

Neither. You change the dns servers your domain uses at your registrar. If you’re using cloudflare then you can completely ignore the dns section in the DO control panel.
My domain is registered at godaddy and i tried to connect it to Cloudflare, i changed the dns in the godaddy domain control panel but didn’t change anything in my Droplet nameserver section, then all of sudden my site disappeared completely, it went down for 4 hours and i had to go back to the previous settings. is there a good tutorial on how to do this. Here is my Site in chase you need to check out the issue. Help
