I suggest you have a look at the Plesk 1-click app with a modern Ubuntu LAMP stack including nginx:

It is a rock solid auto-managed VPS hosting with a GUI that includes the WordPress toolkit where you can easily manage many WordPress sites, keep them secure and in case you upgrade to the paid version of Plesk, you can also have things like staging/cloning and other advanced features.

Plesk on DigitalOcean is free up to 3 domains. For more details on the Web Pro or Web Host edition (both paid versions), please check also

  • Hello thanks for your reply, i know Plesk, was one of my first ideas, but it’s not free, have a price of € 268,40 year for unlimited domain.

    any more ideas?

    • Hello - thanks for the feedback. Well, it will also solve you lots of headaches and save you lots of time :)

However, I don’t think you need to take the version with unlimited domains or how many websites do you plan to manage?

In case you don’t have resellers, the Web Pro edition might work for you also, it included 100% of the WordPress Toolkit - and you could start monthly (VPS pricing) - then it’s much less $ and you could upgrade at any time later :)

yep - then you need the webhost edition. Do you make money with these websites, e.g. are they your customers or do they generate money? :)
