Hi, I am going to host my wordpress website [shopnik.com.bd] on digital ocean 4$ monthly package. My question is if my website’s traffic comes from global, how much traffic the server can handle in a month that my website will not be slow loading.

Unfortunately, it’s not so easy to pinpoint. This depends on a couple of factors. How heavy is your website, how well optimized is your website, how well optimized is your Droplet.
When you combine all three you’ll get an answer. Again however, it’s hard to pinpoint. What I do in such cases is use the following to check my website and anything that can be updated/improved:
