If you not only want to deliver static content what do you intend to do? If you don’t have any prior experience in this field it will be quite a learning curve. Also the costs will quickly sum up and depending on your traffic spikes, a droplet might have limitations. I suggest to use a CDN like KeyCDN. They will take care of content delivery and you don’t even have monthly costs if you’re not using it (unlike the droplets which will cost you even if idle)
I’m sorry, but it’s a little difficult deciphering what you’re trying to ask. Have you reviewed, this: <a href=“https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-install-wordpress-nginx-php-and-varnish-on-ubuntu-12-04”>How To Install Wordpress, Nginx, PHP, and Varnish on Ubuntu 12.04</a>?
