What is the reason for this report?

how to create self signed ssl certifcate

As i was following the tutorial https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-create-a-self-signed-ssl-certificate-for-nginx-in-ubuntu-18-04. I was not able to get the lock with an x on the address bar, all i get is a red triangle and a text not secure. Can anyone help me please

Could you please let me know if you’ve faced any problems during any of the listed steps in the article? Did you successfully restarted Nginx?

As mentioned it’s okay to see a warning message that your connection is not private. Just click “ADVANCED” and then the link provided to proceed to your host anyways:
