hello, I’m building an arbitrage bot, I need to locate the best physiscal VPS location to minimimize latency among a few crypto exchanges I’m trading on. I need a tool to be runned for test or any other idea to make the best choice, including special networking resources to minimize the delays in the connections. (I’m on ubuntu at the moment,python preferred)
