How to find server blackout time?

Server Optimization Arch Linux

I am facing with web server blackout with one of my websites. I inform my service provider and they say it is under maintenance or so. Or sometimes reject my claim. I would like to know if there is any service which sends me alert once my server is down.

I also need to ping the web site with https and http sometimes to find out it is up or not. I am not sure if I’m right.

The url is:

@behsatravel you can use zabbix to monitor your servers and the services running on them.
You can also use gtmetrix to monitor your website.

This tutorial will cover how to set up Zabbix on an Ubuntu cloud server. Zabbix is an enterprise-level system monitoring solution that can be used to track the performance of multiple client systems. This guide will show you how to set up remote monitoring with this system.
