We have a contact us page with a form that people can fill out. We are getting SPAMMED by that form and would like to know what we can do to resolve that.

yah you can add the reCaptcha from Google dude… some plugins for WP already have the available option
or you can use like a normal captcha question like “what is 3+4?”

I will also recommend you implement a captcha on the contact page. This is the best thing you can do in order to prevent the SPAM from the contact page.
You can use Google reCAPTCHA or any other captcha plugin (in case you use WordPress or other CMS)
