My laptop went bad and now I can’t access my droplets via SSH from using another laptop. First thing I did is to reset password. Then I removed authorized_keys using this https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/how-to-remove-ssh-in-digitalocean-portal . But , I still can’t login. Permission denied (publickey).

Removing keys from the control panel has no effect on existing droplets. If you have a root password set you can log in via the web console in the control panel in order to get access and make any needed changes.
If you do not have a root password set and you no longer have access to your ssh private key you can open a ticket with our support team requesting that they boot your droplet to the Recovery environment. This is a LiveISO image which will allow you to access your droplet via the web console and mount or chroot into your disk image in order to make needed changes to regain access. Once you’ve reset the root password or modified your ssh configuration our team can boot your droplet back to it’s disk.
