i am trying to login first time using putty ubuntu version, it gets stuck after changing password, enter current unix password

When it’s asking for “current(unix) password”, it’s asking for the password that you’ve received via email, when you created the droplet. Make sure you didn’t copy an extra space in front or behind, if you copy+paste.
After that, it’s going to ask you to create a new password - and then to re-enter that password again.
