I put the IP gate and mask provided by DigitalOcean in the ipv4 and it doesn’t seem to connect to the network.

Can you clarify how exactly are you trying to connect?
If you want to connect to your Linux Droplet using an RDP client, you need to make sure that you’ve actually installed XRDP on the Droplet itself:
