I Can't login to my VPS ?

Hi DigitalOcean,
I can’t login VPS, I use PuTTY to login VPS, but I do not know what your password is, the people on the internet say that the password be sent to my email, but I still have not received the email.

@hoangbao2506, welcome to the community!

Root passwords are ONLY emailed IF there is NO SSH keys added at all. If you haven’t gotten an email yet, try checking your spam folder.

If theres nothing there, make sure your email is correct. If theres still nothing, go into your VPS’s access menu and reset the root password. This will email you another root password. Use this to login with root and change it (you’re required to do this)

If you’re using SSH keys to login (and you’ve added them through the creation process) you shouldn’t be having this problem.
