If you can’t ping the droplet but you’re able to ssh, I assume that you’re using the console from the control panel? I’m asking because if there is an issue with the droplet you wont be able to ping it or ssh from your PC. Could you please let me know if you’ve recently made any changes on your droplet or if you’ve rebooted the server and then issue occurred?
