someone transfer is droplet to me yet i cannot received the droplet in my account, when i go to images and only option is to create a new one

Keep in mind that you can’t transfer a Droplet directly to another user directly, you can transfer a snapshot of a Droplet to another user, who can then recreate the Droplet from the snapshot:
