i want to link email with google SMTP but i cant because SMTP port are disabled. can Digital ocean support help me to allow SMTP port in my droplet?. thank you.

There is your answer: 60 days! They will waste your time … about 3 days and then tell you after all their inquiries … you have to wait 60+ days. They want your money but not want to offer you the fair service… who can wait 60 days to get their business running?!
