But, this site gives a fraudulent reference link.
Example:

is legal?

Digitaloceantr.com is a project run by me. It is hosted on DigitalOcean servers and it gives detailed information about the related news as well as some tutorials.
I have asked the support team about running a fan website and they approved my request.
Secondly, I am really not sure why you are calling my affiliate links as “fraudulent”
digitaloceantr.com/go/digitalocean is just a cloacked link with Pretty Link in order to make it no-follow and keep the tracks of the hits.
I will keep on improving that site with quality tutorials and many other related stuff.
