I haven’t found that option on the DigitalOcean Panel. However in the API Docs both the endpoint to create a Cluster and to update a Node Pool include a field named labels defined as

object Nullable An object containing a set of Kubernetes labels. The keys and are values are both user-defined.

You could try to update your node pool using the CLI with the following command:

doctl kubernetes cluster node-pool update --label
