I have a droplet, with ubuntu OS (i guess 18.04) n did set up virtualmin & webmin on server to host multiple virtual servers / websites. Anyway, within virtualmin i installed roundcube to host a local email service for one of the virtual servers, all using virtualmin user-interface. Now the problem is I get to receive emails inside roundcube but when sending out it’s not being sent. Tried with recipients from gmail n hotmail n no emails are shown in inbox or spam.
So what would be the problem? mx records? or something else? note that I received emails without setting up any mx records

It is possible that port 25 is closed for new accounts. This is something DigitalOcean has been doing to reduce spam on their network:

What I could suggest is trying to use port 587 with TLS for your outgoing emails rather than port 25.
