I am facing error http://prntscr.com/ndpai6 whenever I try to login as IP/wp-admin of wordpress website. It work smoothly if I try to login as IP/wp-login. I contacted to Wordpress support they said that this is digital ocean related issue. Can you please support/guide me to resolve this issue?

It looks like Wordpress has somehow configured itself to the value of “$domain” in the site URL configuration. Whatever the value of this setting, the application will try to redirect to it at various times. There are a few ways to go about forcing a change to this setting without being able to access wp-admin. You can find some decent documentation on the options here:
