Hola estuve en la fase final de instalación de wordpress pero al cargar me sale la página por default de nginx, ¿cual sería mi error? espero su ayuda

I followed the tutorial here but still something was surely wrong that the installed wordpress does not load me and only loads the Nginx welcome page.
es un droplet con wordpress ?? q tipo de droplet instalaste ?? si fue on droplet con ngnix pues por eso es. Quitar ngnix de tu servidor te ayudaria. O , re emplaza tu droplet de wordpress.I hope i make sense.
Hola, hise la instalación con Ubuntu 18.04, Nginx, PHP, Mysql, seguí el tutotial acá pero aún así en algo seguramente me equivoqué que no me carga el wordpress instalado y solo me carga la página de bienvenida de Nginx.
