My account has been blocked

Hi, I’m creating sites for my customers. For each customer I’m opening account paying for one month, then they doing they payments. So Each time i’m paying with my paypal account. Then one of my customers don’t do his payment, so all accounts of all my customers has been blocked. because they had payed with same paypal account. So Tell me please what should I do? How can I continue my work?

Multiple account creation under one name is not allowed without first consulting Digital Ocean staff. You’ve breached the TOS by creating multiple accounts under your name regardless of the transition of payment at a later time. You may attempt to email support and see if they feel there are circumstances that may warrant your account being unblocked. However, at this time we can safely say that you did violate the companies TOS and they did shut you down for a valid reason.

Why I’m Blocked?

Digital Ocean is a B!thch. They will lock your account with no reason and require information that after you provide the imbecile staff won’t respond.

Hi. Many thanks that you unlocked part of my accounts. But steel my account [Moderator redacted email address] has not unlocked. There I have payment, and I can not perform this payment. Please unlock it.

if someone of my client dont perform paying you can just swith off droplets of his account. Why are you blocking all accounts connected with this paypal?

Hi, I’m performing service, this is site of my services. I’m selling service of creating ecomerce projects. So, I have payed for different digital ocean accounts by one paypal account, so all of them has been blocked. the emails are,, so all they are blocked. I need to unblock them to perform payment.

Yikes! Hopefully Digital Ocean will work with you on that. Please post your experience here so we can know what happens.

I understand that creating multiple accounts is not allowed; however, in your case it sounds like you were simply performing a service for your clients by opening an account for them.

I do this quite a bit with Dreamhost, as I use their DreamObjects for backup. Not many of my clients want to take the time to open a new account and set up DreamObjects, so I do that for them…often using my Paypal account. I then remove my account as the default payment, and then the client can add their payment when they are ready.

I would like to know if this is an option with Digital Ocean, or if it requires special permission.
