Question

My droplet and account balance have disappeared from my control panel.

I know I have a droplet, its been set up as a web server for about a year. Last month I put $25 on my account.

This morning I noticed that the website was un reachable via my browser, I can ping my server it, I can ftp to it, but when I log into my digitalocean account, it says I have no balance and no droplets.

Though if you can FTP to the server, it’s definitely running and should still exist on your account. Do you have multiple accounts? If so, please make sure you are logged into the correct one.
