1.what’s going on my droplets cannot boot?
2.why my payment not updated?

Hello Halidpelo:

I had this problem when I first tried to create a droplet head to the sidebar after you have logged in and you will see a billing link. Click on that and you should be able to add funds either, though PayPal or you should be able to add a credit card.

After you have gone ahead and added funds to your account, you should be able to create a new droplet.

If you are still having trouble with this go ahead and submit a ticket directly to the Digital Ocean team by navigating to this link and clicking the blue new ticket in the top right hand side of the screen.

It appears that DigitalOcean had an issue yesterday with their activity que. Should have been sorted by now though.
