Hey friend!

We’re always happy to check on our side with a support ticket. Additionally, we provide you with a number of tools that may be able to help you in resolving the issue without intervention. You can mount a recovery ISO, restore a backup, or create a new droplet if needed (they can be disposable with a solid backup plan).
