Hi, since I moved my website hosting from hostdime to digital ocean the important operations have stopped working. my web developer tried everything but no success. no emails or SMS communications between the service provider and the service seeker and no email notification to either when they register. would you please look to see if the problem is within the digital ocean. please email me your answer to simplehard@sbcglobal.net thank you Ali Amini

Hi @danishbarry,
What port is your application using for emails and other similar operations, are you using 25 or 465?
Usually, DigitalOcean block port 25 and other ports to lower the fraud and spam leaving newly created accounts’ droplets. You can contact DigitalOcean’s support and ask them to lift this block as you are sending out legit e-mails and legit communication.
You can reach the DigitalOcean support on the following page
Hope this helps!
