What is the reason for this report?

Need to open ports for emails

Hello The emails don’t sending using SMTP. Looks like the ports are closed. Please open ports for emails (probably 587 and 465 ports) Thanks

This is something you would need to do one your account. If you are using software like UFW open the ports there, or if you are using the DO firewall you can do so via your account control panel.
