What you could do is to follow the steps from this tutorial here on how to add and remove users from your server:
digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-add-and-delete-users-on-ubuntu-18-04
Keep in mind that this is a public forum and you should not share any sensitive information like passwords on here.
Also, all DigitalOcean Droplets are unmanaged meaning that you do have root access to your servers and you are responsible for managing and maintaining them.
