nginx problem and phpmyadmin

I have set nginx on my VPS. I added one domain but when I go to

http://qbfweb.com/
or
http://qbfweb.com/test/diofhjd
or
http://95.85.39.84/

I get the same index.html file. Why is that?

Also I how can I access phpmyadmin?
