Currently it is not possible to independently adjust the hard disk capacity. There is a uservoice request that I suggest you vote on and voice your want for it. Digital Ocean - User Voice
However if you do need more capacity the only way you can do it is to poweroff the droplet, snapshot it, destroy it and then create a new droplet with the snapshot and the size you need.
