Hello, @awaix

I’ve performed a mtr (My Traceroute) to technamart.com in order to check if there will be some packet loss if I do traceroute for more than 10 minutes. This is the result of my test:

There is packet loss, but have in mind that a lot of servers/routers are configured to block ICMP packets due to security reasons and this might be the reason why you see packet loss when conducting tests with traceroute.

I would recommend to contact Digital Ocean’s support team as well, because they can check if there is any packet loss on some of the routers/switches or to see if any of the IP addresses of your visitors/client were not temporary blocked by any of their Firewalls.

Since the issue is temporary and more than one user was able to replicate/experience the issue, it’s likely that the issue might be outside your server, hence I’m suggesting to contact DO support team, if you haven’t done this yet.

Let me know how it goes.
