outstanding verification ticket

I have opened a new account in here because I like the offer. After entering my credit-card information (same name as on my account) and setting up TFA I am unable to create a droplet. I created a Automated Account Verification Request at 9:00 CEST but I don't got an answer for now (13:12 CEST). I read about request times about half an hour, why my ticket needs so long?
I hope I'll get an answer soon :)

Did you reply to the ticket?

Yes I just ask for the confirmation like "Please verify my account, thank you! :)"..
Or do I have to write something special?
