I have a number of sites set up on my Ubuntu 14/LAMP stack. Is it possible to set up parked domains on these sites e.g. domain.net and domain.org can both resolve to domain.com?

If you are running multiple virtualhosts in addition to the parked domains you can then simply add a ServerAlias entry to the virtualhost for the site you want displayed for these domains.
