password rest not asking for confirmation

When I attempt to reset the root password I am only asked once so I can’t login via console. Any ideas willingly accepted.

Hi, I checked the spam folder even though Digital Ocean email always comes to my inbox.

I just checked the history and it indicates that I created it about 6 hours ago.

It’s 1:00AM here so I might call it a night and try again tomorrow.

I assume that you’ve checked our tutorial on how to regain access to your droplet:

If you click the Reset Root Password it will send you an email to the address associated with your DigitalOcean account. You can use the password provided to log in to your Droplet through the console.

This should work for you and if not let me know.
